Not the supermarket chains this time, but Telstra.
Dear Telstra,
Why can't I get a home phone for $29.95 per month? Its available for many 1000s of others. Why is the cheapest into my house $60 per month, offering exactly the same as the $29.95? Why do you say this is a competitive market, when you have the only lines on offer in my area?
Why, also, do I have to get satellite broadband because you stuffed up with the cables into my house? It costs a fortune!
Telstra, why are you screwing me?
